Questions about bulk background removal
How many images can I process at once?
Each batch accepts 1–50 images, up to 10 MiB each. One batch can be active per account. JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF are supported; GIF input produces a static PNG.
How much does a batch cost?
Each image uses 1 credit. A batch of 30 images costs 30 credits when accepted. If two images fail, 2 credits are returned. Uploads and PNG or ZIP downloads do not use additional credits.
Can I leave the page?
Yes, after every upload finishes and the server accepts the batch. Reopen its link or Recent batches to continue. Unsubmitted local selections are lost on refresh.
What if some images fail?
Successful results remain downloadable. After the current run ends and failed images are refunded, you can retry individual failures or all eligible failures. Each new attempt costs 1 credit and is refunded if it fails.
What is inside the ZIP?
The ZIP includes the available successful PNGs shown in the download count, ordered by the original selection. Each filename has a sequence number. Failed, unfinished or expired images are listed separately.
How long are my files available?
Uploads and results each follow a 7-day retention period. Only your verified account can access the batch. Downloading does not extend retention. Expired uploads need to be selected again in a new batch.
Can I add a white background or edit all images?
This tool exports transparent PNGs. Background colors, cropping, retouching and batch animation editing are not included. Use the downloaded cutouts in your preferred editor.
