4. How Uploaded Videos Are Handled

We use an uploaded video and your selected settings to perform the background-removal request you start. To complete that request, the video may be made available to trusted video-processing services that perform work on our behalf.

Uploaded videos and processed results are automatically removed from our Service after 7 days. You are responsible for downloading any result you want to keep before it is removed.

We do not use your uploaded videos for advertising. Please avoid uploading confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable having it processed to provide the requested result.

We share information only when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including with:

Sign-in services when you choose an external sign-in option
Video-processing services that complete the request you submit
Payment services that securely complete purchases and help prevent fraud
Communication and support services that deliver account messages or help us respond to you
Security and operations services that keep the Service available and protected
Professional advisers when we need legal, accounting, insurance, or similar advice

Complete card or bank details are entered directly with the payment service and are not stored by Background Remover Video. We keep the purchase and transaction references needed to confirm payment, add credits, provide purchase support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal requirements.

7. How Long We Keep Information

Uploaded videos and processed results are automatically removed from the Service after 7 days.
Account information is generally kept while your account remains active.
Purchase, credit, security, and support records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Information may remain for a limited time in backups or records that cannot immediately be separated, where permitted by law.

When you delete your account, information directly tied to the account is deleted or disconnected where appropriate. Some records may be kept when required for security, payment, dispute, or legal reasons. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may also be retained.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information and limit access to people and services that need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
